Daniel Simpson House was a speculative development purchased with the benefit of planning permission and undertaken jointly by McAllister Developments Limited and PJ Construction.
Daniel Simpson House is located on the corner of Tower View and Woodmere Avenue in the heart of ever popular Shirley. The impressive block comprises one 3 bedroom, six 2 bedroom and one 1 bedroom apartments.
All apartments were sold with private terraces, balconies or gardens and allocated off street parking.
25 – 27 Bloomfield Road, Bromley
The site at 25-27 Bloomfield Road was formally a small office building purchased unconditionally by McAllister Developments Limited in November 2019. Our experienced team of Architects and planning consultants obtained planning consent in July 2020 for the demolition of the existing building and the construction of four 1 bedroom apartments and two office units on the ground floor. Each of the apartments were sold with an allocated parking space at the rear of the building accessed via an under croft and set behind secure electric entrance gates. The parking area also provides additional parking for the office units on the ground floor.

The land fronting Fielding Lane was acquired by McAllister Developments Limited with the benefit of Planning Permission. The block was built swiftly to our usual high standards and sold on the open market.

The land for this development was used as a side garden to the host house which had become largely overgrown and unused. A planning application had previously been made by another development company for the construction of a detached house. The planning application was refused by the local authority and the developer had subsequently appealed against the local authorities decision. The appeal was refused by the planning inspectorate for several reasons but most notably the removal of a large pine tree which was considered detrimental to the conservation area.
It was at this point that McAllister Developments Limited became involved with the scheme. With our experienced team of Architect, Planning and Arboricultural Consultants we were able to design a building which not only provides fantastic accommodation but was also more sympathetic to the conservation area and also retained all of the large trees on the site. The subsequent planning application was granted permission by the planning inspectorate and the resulting building can be seen to make a very positive contribution in one of Beckenham’s most desirable roads.
